Through our project management we will provide quality
products and workmanship, with an emphasis
on attention to detail and teamwork resulting in the house
or remodel of your dreams.
GENERAL COMPANY INFORMATION
T.B. Chapman Construction, Inc. is a construction
company which will operate
primarily in Cheboygan, Emmet and Otsego counties
in northern Michigan, with an
emphasis on the immediate lake areas of Burt
and Mullett Lakes. We are a
Licensed General contractor who will provide
turn key project management.
The focus of our company will be new
home construction as well as remodels.
Our commitment to a team effort and solid
project management practices will
enable us to achieve our desired end result.
Our goal will be a turn key operation
that includes all of your needs and wishes.
We belong to the Indian River Chamber
of Commerce and plan to be quite active
in local events in 2005. We recently
relocated to the Indian River area after
enjoying this area as part time residents
for the last eleven years. Our strong
management background for the last 32 years
will allow us to collaboratively plan,
schedule and execute projects that meet our
standards, while at the same time
having that personal friendly touch.
